All deposits are fully refundable providing we are given 28 days notice in writing (via email)

If less than 28 days we can either refund you 50% of your deposit or we can give you 100% credit in the form of a voucher which can be used for any future event or excursion booking. Valid for up until 2024.

If less than 24 hours we cannot refund anything unless in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. We get a few people who wake up hungover boat party day and don’t fancy it and ask to cancel, leaving us no time to sell the tickets on. So we can’t refund if less than 24 hours.

If our event formats are disrupted due to restrictions in Greece then we have a package of Plan B events which we will swap you too. These will be at outdoor venues and will also always be cheaper, meaning you won’t have to pay as much when you arrive in Zante.
